Clients can initiate a benchmark study in which a select group of other “best of class” companies are invited to participate. All participants agree upon the research format. The final report, while protecting company identities, provides an incisive analysis of all benchmark participants, their business processes and performance levels. It allows companies to accurately assess their market position in relation to other players, while maintaining complete company confidentiality. Studies are generally conducted over a three to six month period. Rather than approaching participants with a series of pre-determined survey questions, the research format allows for an in-depth appraisal at each participant site.
