Liz founded SSI in 2000, and is the Managing Director.  Liz has proven experience in strategy, performance frameworks and project management across a range of sectors.  In addition to facilitating corporate level strategic planning and designing frameworks for key performance indicators, she has project-managed a number of regional multi-partner projects.  Liz is trained in the Enhanced Balanced Scorecard methodology and has worked with the Malcolm Baldrige quality framework for education providers. She has developed Strategic Solutions International’s Performance Framework Evaluator©; a 21 point “warrant of fitness” for KPI frameworks and measures covering a series of areas such as alignment, accountability, measurability, objectivity, and relevance to strategy. She is co-developer of the Full Potential© Strategy Toolkit; a templated strategy assessment, development and implementation process for larger companies and organisations.  Liz is a member of the UK based Strategic Planning Society.

In her spare time, Liz brought the first Curves ladies fitness centre to the South Island, opening the Bishopdale site in Sept 2004.  Liz went on to open two more Curves sites in Rangiora and Ferrymead, before selling her three gyms in December 2006. 

Liz holds BSc Hons from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and a Masters in International Affairs from the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
